The perfect small rental for my husband and I. It was spotless and very comfortable. The screened porch and fenced back yard were great. For morning coffee and late night beverages. We've stayed in larger places that were not as comfortable as this one. Thanks - we come often to the area and will stay again.

We were delighted by this property. Everything was perfect and description and photos were accurate. We slept well, fixed meals and used it as our home base while visiting family in the area. The screened porch is perfect for morning coffee and for evening beverages. We hope to be able to stay again. You don’t need a huge space to be comfortable, this small home was one of our favorites of 40+ years of rentals. Thanks!

The screened porch was a new addition to the property and was definitely a plus! The owners have compiled an extremely helpful notebook of information and local menus. Very well done and helpful.We enjoyed our first visit to Oak Island.
