I loved the view of this property. I loved that it was nice, new, and clean. We did encounter a few items that broke while we were there. I thought there was a seat in the shower, but apparently it supposed to be more of a shelf? I did sit on it to drink water, and it broke! I hurt my back and elbow pretty bad. Staff checked on me twice which was nice.

Fabulous house we had a wonderful time. Very clean and had everything my family needed and more. Beautiful quiet beach , pool was perfect they cleaned often which was really nice and , we chose to have it heated which was worth the extra cost. We will definitely be back!!

We had a great stay! We rented it again for next year making it our 3rd year in a row. I would recommend putting blinds in the main living area, at least on the side windows. There's no privacy from the neighbors when you are eating or watching a movie. Also, the door going out to the pool only locks from the outside, so if it's locked, someone on the inside could still go out to the pool which is alarming if you have little ones in the house. We did have some trouble with one of the dishwashers not working as well. Overall, we love this house and location.

Loved that there were 2 coffee pots, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and 2 ovens. Also the extra silverware and coffee mugs were so great! And the view of the ocean from the pool/house was just unbelievable! The house was absolutely perfect! Charlene was the absolute best!! I called a few times with questions during the months leading up to our stay. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. We will stay with BBR again just to work with Charlene!

This was an amazing property and i can honestly say that it was the most well-appointed home I have ever rented. The kitchen had everything and more that you would possibly need to prepare and serve meals while on vacation. The living room furnishings were very comfortable as were the beds. The interior of this home was top-notched, nothing was overlooked. Every kitchen cabinet, kitchen drawer and even the bedroom closets - had pictures of what went in that particular drawer or how the bed should be made. At first, I found it to be silly but after one round of unloading the dishwasher, i said, this is genius!! It took the guess work out of where each pot, pan, plate and glassware went. Kudos to thinking outside the box! This should be a standard for every rental home. The pool area had excellent lounge chairs, tables and chairs. I appreciated the high Adirondack chairs and tables! Will definitely stay at this property again. It was clean as a whistle, and we tried to leave it as we found it. I felt like i was staying at a friend's home instead of a rental. The entire experience was delightful. Better Beach Rentals was very professional and pleasant during the booking and our stay. I can't say enough good things about the rental property.
