The house was awesome and we are renting it again next year. The mattresses in both bunk rooms are in desperate need of replacing as the springs are poking up through the mattresses.

Our combined families are large enough that we rented two properties from you, Beach Landing and Beach Landing 2. We had a terrific week! There was only one issue we ran into - splinters. Between the two cottages we had 5 or 6 issues where someone got a splinter in their foot. Is there anything that can be done on the deck around the pools to help with this? Thanks! I have been extremely impressed with Better Beach Rentals. I have had Maintenance issues the last 2 years and your company responded quickly and worked tirelessly until they were fixed. I appreciate that above almost anything else, and hope that attitude continues. I have no reason to change companies at this point at all, and lots of reasons to stay with you!

This property was wonderful for our group! The house was clean, well-stocked, great access to the beach and island amenities, and had a plethora of porch furniture which is always a plus. We had a great time and will be back!
