The house is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable for our party of seven which included three small children five and under. The house was well appointed as well as decorated exceptionally well. The rooms were nice sizes and not cramped as we have often found. Our only complaint was the access to the beach. The pictures were deceiving, and we were told by a person working on the house next door we could not walk between two homes. Upon speaking to another homeowner two doors down on our second day, we were told that it was okay to walk between the homes. My husband and the small children found it a bit difficult to walk the extra distance to get to the beach. We will definitely consider staying again next year for our long weekend beach excursion with our family but hope the beach access is better described for future renters. In addition, there needs to be some laminated instructions for exiting the house. I had to call and ask for details because I did not receive the instructions online. I did get a text the morning of our departure but we like to know things in advance.

The house's location is good, and the property was recently renovated, so it's in great shape. The views are amazing, and the fact that it has 3 oceanfront masters is perfect for large groups. There is no beach access. One has to walk 3 houses down for access. This should be mentioned in the listing.

Overall the house was beautiful. Furniture in the living room is getting a bit dirty - needs cleaning. Would be nice to add some pavers around the grill to eliminate the natual foliage.

The house met all of our expectations, the house was exactly as pictured! We would definitely stay here again!
