Wonderful property. If it had a covered porch, it would have been absolutely perfect. Obviously recently renovated, and the kitchen was really well stocked. Like many beach rentals, the blinds do little to hide the morning light... But I imagine curtains don't fair well in a rental, so it is what it is. The usual tricks still work fine. Really is a wonderful beach cottage.

You need a hose downstairs. My car was covered in wet sand and I had no way to clean itYou need a sign by the stairs PRIVATE PROPERTY. I had two incidents where strangers came up on the walkway to use the small hose. Made me uncomfortable. Excellent service & Lovely house

The property was nice. The deck had lots of exposed nail heads which was a problem, and the deck wood gave a couple of us huge splinters in our hands and fingers. We needed a vacuum cleaner and you quickly responded and brought us one which we appreciated. It would have been nice to have had at least some salt and pepper in the house but we understand that it is the first of the season and perhaps that would have been a problem. The house was well equipped with lots of plates, glasses and silverware.

Pictures are an accurate reflection of home. Lots of nice deck furniture. Very little shade on deck. Location was not busy despite restaurant and motel nearby. Nice side streets to walk the dog. Well stocked kitchen. Could use a new washer and dryer (dryer has some rust spots inside). Comfortable beds. Definitely bring toilet paper and paper towels. There was one starter roll of each, but that was it. Will also need hand soap. Would consider staying here again.
