Great location! We have been staying at the Orange Sunset (or as we know it the "orange house') for many years. It fits our family's needs well. The addition of the fire pit and corn hole game is a nice update. Also happy to see that chairs in living area have been recovered - shows that the owners care about the property.

House was great overall. Just a couple minor things that would benefit the home: water absorbent rug both inside and outside the main sliding glass door that leads to the pool so not as much water is tracked through the home or up the steps. Absolutely loved the cornhole boards and area! The pool is a great size for large groups, and the fact that it's saltwater is amazing. Our family truly loved this home!

Lovely house with good set-up for multi-generational vacation. Our married children loved having their own King rooms with private bathrooms. Kitchen was very well stocked and having 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, and an ice-maker was so helpful. Deck furniture was solid and in good shape. Easy access to beach a huge plus.Wish we had had access to a vacuum to do a quick clean of floors which got sandy every day. We found some brooms and made do. Nice having outside shower returning from beach and a hose underneath for end of week clean-up. Indoor furniture very kid friendly(esp. dining chairs that were not upholstered),

Orange sunset is absolutely gorgeous. Perfect for our family’s vacation. Very spacious, we loved having all the bathrooms, the kitchen was more than well equipped. We will be returning.
