The home was large enough for our group and the location was convenient for beach access.On arrival, there was a small pile of trash at the bottom of the interior stairs that had been left after the steps were swept. In addition, the interior handrails were grubby to the touch and we had to get sponges to clean them.Two of the bedrooms lack any type of dresser for putting away items for the week.We had a couple of maintenance concerns that were handled very well. The technicians who came to the home were prompt, courteous, and professional. I was very impressed with each of them.

Rental process was fine. House was in great shape, esp compared to previous visits (we'd rented it before). The only issue was the elevator not functioning and the company got crews out there to assess/fix the problem promptly. BTW, the permanent fix to the elevator issue is better, instructions posted on how to use it (which the elevator co. passed to your firm).
