Hello!We had a wonderful 10 days at Sally's Sandcastle. Loved the house, its decor, location, and weather was lovely! House appeared clean upon entering. But, we did have to sweep the floors due to so much sand and debris. The worst was the abundance of the palmetto bugs in house. I know we are at the beach and do expect to see them throughout the house the entire week. Thanks to the staff who were great at Better Beach Rentals. You were appreciated!Regards,Frankie B

We really enjoyed this house! The layout was great for our large family group, was an easy & safe walk to the beach access, and had everything we needed for a weeks stay. I would say that the addition of a large area rug in the main floor living area would help with sound - the room was very loud and echo-y, was difficult carrying on conversations.Also, as the back deck/pool area faces west, we wished there was some sort of sun shade, it was very hot & bright in the late afternoon so we didn't sit outside there as much as I would have liked to. I took care of everything online via email or text, I received prompt responses when needed. I felt everything was clear and easy to understand.
