This is the ultimate vacation getaway! Boasting an astonishing 13 bedrooms and 10.5 baths, you will not find a more fitting home for your family and friends to come and relax at Oak Island. One outstanding feature is the private, oceanfront, elevated, oversized pool, which can be heated (Additional fees apply; please call the office to set up at least one week before arrival). You will be able to relax and swim while overlooking nothing but the blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean. You can also relax and unwind in the hot tub located on the deck. You will also enjoy being able to prepare meals much quicker, thanks to the chef's kitchen, which is equipped with two refrigerators, two ranges, and two microwaves.

Another outstanding feature of this home is its numerous windows, which offer astonishing views and make you feel as though you are floating on the ocean.  Belly up to one of the two oceanfront bars and reminisce about the good old days while creating new memories at the same time.  There is no need to worry about bringing those groceries up to the top floor, as this home is equipped with its very own elevator.  If you want to stay on the oceanfront side, you will find six oceanfront bedrooms to choose from.  Hot water is not a problem at this home, as an instant water heater heats the water, so feel free to take that long shower if you wish.  
If you have an electric vehicle, make sure to drive it, as you will be able to use the car charging station located under your home.  Bring your charcoal and grill out a feast for all of your loved ones on the park-style grill.  Conveniently located in the old Yaupon Beach area of Oak Island, you will have easy access to everything on and off the island.  Please take a quick stroll down to the Oak Island Fishing Pier and see what they're catching, or do some catching of your own for dinner.

This is a great rental property with lots of amenities. We enjoyed our experience as this was our first stay at Ocean Isle! Team was responsive to requests for minor issues identified during our stay. Plan to rent this property again next year!

The property and communications were excellent. We were well satisfied. This comment is not a complaint, but a suggestion to make this property more desirable. Our visit was in early June, and the pool was quite cold. Most adults in our group avoided or minimized our time in the pool because of this. You advertise a heated pool, but will only heat it to 76-78 degrees? We have stayed at numerous other houses at Ocean Isle Beach, and all were able to easily heat their pools up to 85-90 degrees in colder weather than we had, all for a lower daily cost than you charge. We were not going to pay a high daily price to heat the pool up to an unsuitable temperature, which was probably already exceeded. For this one reason, we will probably not stay at this property again unless we are staying in July when the likelihood of a warmer pool is much better.

This location was perfect!! We had plenty of space, and the house was wonderful, the pool and hot tub were the highlight for many in the family. This was a wonderful experience that will be in our memory forever, looking forward to the next one.
