This property needs more seating for the outside decks and also a spot to clean your feet when coming off the beach. And the sectional in the main living area is not very comfortable.

The property is new and has a top notch kitchen appliances which was very important for us. I would recommend installing a sink extractor as it would be more convenient for guests. Also, the windows on the top floor must be secured to not allow to be opened all the way up. Now they present a significant risk to little kids as they can easily fall down through them. The location of the house is great and we had an incredible family reunion. We will definitely come again next year.
