We had a great vacation in this beautiful house. Starboard Side had everything you needed for cooking delicious meals and near great restaurants as well. The view from the porch was fantastic and afternoons in the second story pool were so relaxing. The furnishings in this home were high end and we felt like we were at a resort. We recommend a trip to Starbord Side.

I found the tone of the communications about getting into the rental somewhat rude. It was tough to wait until 4pm to enter since we had a toddler in our group, but I know that this is common practice for rentals and expected this. When I saw the documents stating that I might not get in until 6pm I was not happy. We did not have this issue and were able to get in at 4pm, but I think some wording could be improved on the possible 6pm entry and possibly offering a small perk for the inconvenience. It seemed that you are very strict for guests to enter and exit the property (again, not unusual) but we also might lose a few hours due to problems on your end. I called the office with a question about the pool alarm on the door, and Jerry was polite and helpful.

We rented this property last year, and we enjoyed it so much we rented again for this year. Great location, the house is spacious to accommodate our family. We love Oak Island!

We would stay at this property again. It was very nice, however we will need a little more space next summer. We reserved another property through Better Beach Rentals. Our only suggestion would be to offer an early check in option ( at a cost of course). Thanks!
