There is a large deep-water dock for boating enthusiasts or fishing and crabbing on the Big Davis Canal. A sink and fish cleaning station is available on the dock. Tie your boat off at the private dock after a day of enjoying the water.

Attention has been paid to every detail of this home. It has many upgrades and renovations from top to bottom, including bamboo hardwood flooring, granite countertops, an elevated swimming pool, and a master bath jacuzzi that make it the perfect home for you and your family to enjoy here at Oak Island.
