Overall, the house was great! It’s right on the beach, has a pool, and is brand new construction - a perfect setup. We had a full house with 26 guests, and while it was tight, it worked. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed.A few things to keep in mind:There are no dressers or storage space for clothing in the bedrooms, and little to no room for luggage. As a result, many rooms were cluttered, and in some cases, we had to step over suitcases to get to the bathroom. If you're bringing a pack ‘n play, be prepared to rearrange furniture to make it fit. In rooms with a queen bed and a pullout, you won’t be able to have anything else in the room if you plan to use the pullout.Parking can also be tight if you're maxing out the guest limit.Despite the cramped bedrooms, the rest of the house was spacious and well laid out. With 26 people, we never felt it was too loud or crowded in the main living area. The kitchen and family space had plenty of room for everyone to gather comfortably.

Overall the house was great - the location, the pool, the cleanliness of the house! The main issue we had was with a toilet on the first floor. There were several days that we were left to share 1 bathroom with 8 guests. We felt that we should have been compensated in some way for this mishap.
